What we collect, and why

This notice covers the Carely.care website and the early access and enquiry forms. It does not cover a live care service, which would run under the council’s own privacy notice and a completed data protection impact assessment.

Last updated: October 2026

The short version

  • We collect only what a form asks for, and we use it only to reply to you or to tell you when we launch.
  • We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.
  • There are no third-party trackers, advertising pixels or analytics scripts on this site.
  • You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold at any time.

Why we are allowed to hold it

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our product. You can withdraw consent at any time by asking us to delete your information.

How long we keep it

We keep early access sign-ups and enquiries for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first. After that we delete them.

Who can see it

The founding team at Carely.care, and our hosting provider, which stores the data on our behalf in a managed database. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with any third party for their own purposes. We do not transfer it outside the United Kingdom.

Your rights

  • Ask for a copy of what we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
  • Ask us to delete it, and we will
  • Object to us holding it, or withdraw your consent
  • Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with our response

To exercise any of these, use the contact form and choose “Something else”, or reply to any email we have sent you.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party scripts. The early access counter you may see is a number from our own database, retrieved without identifying you.

The prototype

The Aria conversation on the Meet Aria page runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into it is stored, transmitted or used for anything at all. All data shown in the prototype is synthetic.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell anyone on the early access list by email.
