Early access
Be told when Carely.care goes live near you
We are opening up area by area, starting with a small number of pilot councils. Tell us where you are and we will email you once — when it matters.

What early access means
This is a working prototype, not a finished service. Early access is how we find the first people who want to use it where they live, and the first councils who want to run it with us.
Signing up does not commit you to anything, does not create a case, and does not replace your council. It puts you on the list to be told when the service opens in your area.
What happens next
- You sign up. We keep your name, email and area — nothing else is required.
- You get a reference. We show it on screen straight away, so you can follow up or ask us to delete your details.
- We tell you when we open. One email when Carely.care is live where you live — and how to use it. That is the only email we send.
Who early access is for
- People who need support now, or expect to soon, and want a better front door.
- Family carers who are holding everything together and need it to be easier.
- Practitioners and commissioners who want to see it working before a pilot.
- Providers who want referrals to arrive complete and consented.
This is not an emergency or crisis service. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999. For urgent adult social care, contact your local council today.

Running a council, or want to run the pilot with us?
We are selecting a small number of founding council partners — the ones who want to shape this rather than wait for it.
